Cherry Professional are excited to be working with a leading business in the care sector to recruit in the customer service department. You’ll be responsible for a first-class customer service to the colleagues and customers.
Take inbound calls from customers to solve issues in line with agreed regulations, protocols and targets.
Deliver a high quality, customer focused service regarding the delivery of medications and associated supplies & services.
Deal with queries or questions regarding processing orders.
To ensure all notes and activities are accurately recorded on relevant systems (CRM) and in compliance with Data Protection requirements and other applicable regulations.
Successful candidates will have experience in a customer service or administration related position.
Have a good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Team players than works co-operatively with colleagues and aligns work effectively with other departments.
