Key Responsibilites :
-Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance to influence marketing campaign decisions.
-Using SQL to develop CRM campaigns and create daily and weekly reports, summarising and analysing all data and producing one report detailing overall CRM activity.
-Management and enhancement of campaign history to ensure the campaigns selected within the CRM team are logged and structured appropriately to enable campaign analysis.
-Produce end of campaign analysis to critically analyse changes in customer behaviour and provide a detailed understanding of the differences between responders and non-responders.
-Must be proficient in SQL, Excel and othe Microsoft packages.
Ideal Candidate :
-Previous experience in a similar role.
-Has used statistical tools such as R.
-A solid team-player.
-Confident in campaign selection and database management.
