Contracts Administrator- 6 month temporary assignment- Nottingham- up to £12.80 per hour

Cherry Professional is recruiting for a well known and highly successful Engineering company in Nottingham. The role of the Contracts Administrator is to provide support to the Contracts Manager and Internal Sales Manager to resolve customer queries and issues in a fast and fair manner.

Responsibilities

 

 

 

- Work closely with all internal employee's to ensure that contracts progress to schedule
- To be an active member of the team undertaking and sharing daily activities of Customer phone calls
- Evaluate and analyse contract enquiries from the work queue
- Placing orders on the system and checking for errors
- Ensuring that all contracts are placed into the system at the appropriate time and that any delays in workload are prioritised in line with importance
- To assist the contract team in their day to day dealings with other departments
- Be a part of and actively participate in departmental meetings
- Liaise with all other departments within the Company to promote an efficient service to customers at all times
- Work with the Contracts Manager to develop and instigate new working regimes to improve the operation of the Department
Ensure Trade Compliance responsibilities are adhered to in the absence of the Contracts Manager

Ideal Person

-Good Written & Verbal communication skills

- IT literate - good knowledge of AS400 / Salesforce
- Previous Experience of working in a Contract's Management environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to resolve technical/commercial disputes
- Focused and the ability to work independently
