Complaints and Customer Service Coordinator - 6 month Temporary assignment to start ASAP

Working with a well established organisation based in West Leicestershire, you will be part of a smaller driven team focused on delivering the highest level of customer service,


- Process and identify complaints when they come in
- Study trends whilst identifying common factors
- Respond to queries both over the phone and by email
- Support the customer and help resolve their complaint
- Communicating with departments, suppliers and the customer to resolve problems
- Participate in ongoing improvement of the customer service complaint handling process
- Accurately input information onto CRM system

Qualities, Skills and Experience required

- Able to work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptable
- Able to offer a high level of customer service

£18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
