Collections and Recoveries Adviser - Leicester - £18,500 per Annum.
Do you have experience working in Collections or Credit control? Cherry Professional has an exciting opportunity for a Collection Adviser to work for a dynamic and fast paced company based in modern prestigious office in Leicester City Center. You will be reporting to the Collection and Recoveries Team Manger.
This is a very exciting role and supportive team dynamic where you can add immediate value to the wider business
Working hours are 08:30 -17:00 Monday to Friday and this is a Permanent position.
Duties & Responsibilities as a Collection Adviser:
Chasing outstanding invoices from customers over the telephone.
Collecting outstanding payments on mid to high values.
Setting up direct debits.
Liaising with third parties to resolve customer queries.
Reduce the level of unresolved queries by responding to customers and Debt Collection Agencies in a prompt and decisive manner.
Working as part of a large team to resolve outstanding debts.
We are looking for the following experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience within a phone-based collection role.
Competent numeracy skills.
Good verbal and written communications.
Clear and enthusiastic telephone manner.
Competent using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
