Channel Retention Sales Specialist | Permanent | Nottinghamshire

are proud to be partnered with an exciting and innovative client who are seeking an experienced Channel Retention sales Specialist  to join them on a full-time permanent contract.
This is a crucial and key sales position as you will be the primary point of contact for the sales teams, information, processes and procedure. The role requires you to work within SLA guidelines and as the ‘voice of the customer’ it is imperative that you can lead and influence others to a common goal. Critical Success Factors include increasing retention and renewals, successful reporting to the wider team and achieving targets.

Key responsibilities:
  • Increase retention rate and prioritise key renewals
  • Create monthly service and QBR packs
  • Manage Assure Me Now to create new business bids
  • Articulate the sales portfolio
  • Keep the team updated with new contracts, lost contracts and renewals
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven sales experience within the IT industry
  • Strong IT skills including Office and Excel
  • You must have previous experience in administration
  • Must be able to quickly develop an understanding of products and services
