CFO - Lincolnshire - Offering up to c£140,000 + Car + Bonus
This is a rapid growth Group with interests across a number of sectors and operations culminating in the supply of products and services B2B. Through the exceptional quality of its offering and boasting a motivated and empowered team, it has enjoyed several years' double-digit growth and consistent market share improvement. It is now making a significant internal investment and developing a corporate structure that will enable the next stage of its growth plan. This includes hiring a CFO to form part of the Executive Team.
This is a broad CFO role comprising full responsibility for finance/accounting, leadership, commercial and strategic developments. The first priority will be to fully understand the detail and drivers of each Division and implement future fit financial controls and business accounting processes. From there, you will partner with the Group MD and rest of the Senior Management Team to develop an effective budget process, insightful management reporting and commercial insights and analysis tools that will enable intelligent commercial decision making and drive organic growth. In the longer term, you will take ownership of external relationships including advisors and banks, take part in the strategic planning process, and appraise all strategic growth opportunities and requirements including funding and M&A.
The successful candidate will be a proven CFO/Group Finance Director who has a detailed understanding of the requirements of an SME finance leader. Someone who can demonstrate success in implementing basic financial hygiene, engaging and developing teams and partnering with C-Suite to drive commercial and strategic outcomes in a fast moving, dynamic business.
