Call Assurance Assistant | Salary £22,000 | Nottingham | Permanent

Cherry Professional is supporting a client based in Nottingham City Centre who are seeking an experienced Call Assurance Assistant

You will be joining a successful team and you will be working within the 3rd Party Conduct & Oversight team. As a Call Advisor, you will conduct 1st line call monitoring of debt collection partners for their customers. You will also maintain appropriate monitoring activities across the DCAs to help ensure consumers get fair outcomes by monitoring and enforcing contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
To develop and deliver a range of conduct monitoring and audit activity against a range of regulatory, client and quality outcomes.
You will manage internal stakeholder and external client expectations to ensure regulatory compliance and customer excellence standards are audited and managed sufficiently.
To manage investigations into supplier related consumer complaints to understand the root cause and required mitigation.
You will develop and track agency performance to continuously improve the levels of agency quality and consumer treatment.
To design, implement and track progress against key conduct risks at an agency level.
To be flexible and, from time to time, may be required to work outside core business hours.

Ideal candidate,
Have a great understanding of reviewing call quality and able to articulate findings
Experience in gathering data from various internal and external sources
Good knowledge in a consumer environment and Treating Customers Fairly
Excellent in managing stakeholder requirements and expectations
Good knowledge of Microsoft/ G-suite computer applications
