Business Development Manager | Remote working | Salary £35,000 plus Car Allowance | Permanent | Uncapped Commission OTE £70,000

Cherry Professional has an exciting opportunity where we are supporting a well-established high-street agency. They are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow the business. You will be working covering the East Midland Or the South West.

You will need to develop relationships with new clients by winning new business and growing the client base. In addition, you will plan a sales strategy to drive GP growth & profitability across your designated region. As the BD Manager, you will develop relationships with Consultants and Branch Managers.


Key Responsibilities,
To build prospecting pipelines using a variety of mediums, including outbound calls, emails and social media to Director and Manager level contacts.
You will work with head of region to develop the sales strategy and grow GP value.
To build a sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through to client conversion.
You will develop and implement new client plans that are designed to deliver immediate returns and long-term profitable relationships.
To ensure all sales activity and the pipeline is tracked, qualified, and signed off by internal procedures.
You will communicate with all internal stakeholders throughout the sales process.
To work with Branch Manager’s to provide account brief to ensure optimised implementation and transfer to operational teams.
You will develop leadership and creativity to ensure the branch can deliver clients solutions.
You will achieve minimum expected visit numbers weekly and monthly.

Able to proactively identify new opportunities to attract and win new clients.
Experience in using data and trend analysis to inform future sales strategies.
Excellent communicator developed negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent track record in delivery wins and profitable sales in the marketplace.
Sets high standards of behaviour and performance for self and others.
Excellent in producing innovative new ideas / approaches / insights.
Ideally come from an agency background selling a service.
Experience of using data and trend analysis to inform future sales strategies


What's on offer,

Salary £35,000 plus £5,000 car allowance.
Remote working with one day in the office.
Covering the East Midlands or the option to cover South Region.
Company pension.
Holidays 22 plus Bank Holidays.
Uncapped commission.
OTE £70,000
