Billings Controller - Nottinghamshire - Up to £38,000

We are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Revenue/Billing Controller to work for a new and expanding business based in Worksop.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop and utilise their skill set and experience.  
 
Responsibilities: 
 
Managing and overseeing the credit control function and billing process 
Leading and supervising a small team of Credit Managers 
Looking at continuous process improvement  
Reporting and sharing data metrics 
Improving and managing company debtors - visiting and negotiating with customers accordingly 
Being the point of escalation for queries 
Developing and reviewing policies within the department  
 
Ideal candidate: 
 
Shared services background 
Understanding how a system / mechanics workflow is 
Excellent team management skills, with at least 5 years experience managing a small credit control function 
IT skills with a good working knowledge of excel. 
Able to develop and build relationships internally and externally
