Billing Administrator - £19,000 - £23,000 - Alfreton
Cherry Professional are recruiting for an ambitious business based in Alfreton , who are seeking a Billings Administrator on a permanent basis.
The position is assisting the senior credit controller in the day to day duties of the department, this is a full-time opportunity and will suit a proactive person who is comfortable taking on more responsibilities while adding value to the team.
- Sending bills and invoices to customers upon completion of work carried out
- Ensure all purchase and sub contract orders raised against sales orders
- Work closely with Credit Control team to improve Cash flow
- Close off billing by working day 2 of month end
- Build strong working relationships and liaise frequently with other internal departments including Sales, Commercial and Credit Control
What we are looking for from you:
-Must be proficient in the use of spreadsheets, preferably Excel
-Previous experaince in a similar roles - billings/sales ledger/credit control
-Great attention to detail
