Aftersales Customer Service Executive | Nottingaham | Salary £22,000- £24000 Permanent | Immediate start.
 
Cherry Professional is working with a fast-growing innovative company based in Nottinghamshire. Due to the successful growth of the business, they are looking to strengthen the Aftercare team by providing sales support to the team. As a result, they are offering you a permanent full-time position. 
 
We are seeking somebody who has a passion for customer service and is looking for the opportunity to join a growing business and enhance the customer experience by offering support and solutions to customers, internal and external.

Key Responsibilities,
You will be fielding incoming Customer Service calls to the business
To provide administrative support to the Aftersales team
You will handle incoming aftersales Enquiries
To process customer sales orders & associated enquiries
You will be invoicing outgoing goods and service calls daily
To prepare sales quotations for service, spares and consumables
You will administrate procurement of core Aftercare requirements
To collate and provision of compliance support to the customer base
 
Ideal candidate,
Have strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively
Be reliable and have a good attitude toward work
Be confident with IT - experience using Excel and SAP beneficial
Demonstrate ability to deliver excellent customer service
Previous administration experience required
Be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
Attention to detail and pride in work

Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm 30 Minutes lunch break
