We are currently recruiting for an After Sales Coordinator for a business based in Ilkeston.

You will be responsible for the monitoring of cost management within the After Sales team.

Key Duties:

Conduct daily monitoring across the aftersales provision.
Monitor all purchase orders
Create and drive performance reporting and KPI's focusing on individuals and manufacturers.
To monitor supplier performance across purchase order management
Provide weekly management reporting into the head of engineering and maintenance complete with actions-outcomes and proposed solutions to ensure adherence to the processes set in place and drive forward change management
Create and review all processes in place.
