Aftercare Account Manager| Nottingham | Salary £24,000 plus bonus
Cherry professional is supporting a dynamic and fast growing business based in Nottinghamshire. Theyhave an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to come in on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a leading B2B coding and marking organisation, focusing on selling after sales products and services to an existing customer base. You will be responsible for developing and managing accounts. This role will require strong commercial experience and analytical skills to identify new and current business opportunities.

To grow the business plan in line with aftercare business goals and objectives.
You will develop client relationship by identifying and liaising with decision makers.
To optimise customer service delivery, ensuring customers are offered the best service.
You will analyse sales and forecasting to identify target groups and opportunities.
To produce monthly reports to manager, reflecting performance against KPI’s agreed.
You will Identify opportunities for growth in line with your existing and potential portfolio of products.
To have an awareness of market trends, key suppliers, and competitors within the industry at all times, openly shared with the business.
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Excellent organisational skills
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Knowledge of SAP Business One preferential but not essential
