Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a client within the educational sector. This is a busy role working within a small team, the successful person must be flexible towards their place of work as this role is based between two sites across Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a diligent individual to join a vibrant, busy team environment.
Administrator
THE ROLE
-Being responsible for the generic inbox, replying to customer questions and queries
-Processing documents and completing general office administration
-Consulting with customers via MS Teams, phone, and e-mail
-Producing correspondence in the form of letters and e-mails
-Answering the phone
-General office admin duties as required
THE IDEAL PERSON
-Previous administration experience
-Focused with excellent attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills and must be confident talking on the phone and via video calling
-Strong relationship building skills
-Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The two office locations have parking (at a subsidised chargeable rate, depending upon emissions) or are easily accessible via public transport
This is a full-time role working 36.25 hours a week (pro rota for 4 days)
The hours of work are flexible between 7.30am – 5.30pm and either Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday
This role is a 3-month temporary contract
