Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with a global manufacturing company in North Nottinghamshire who are seeking an Administrator to start as soon as possible. This role is a varied, busy role and the successful person will be supporting the Maintenance and Tooling teams.
Control of outsourced maintenance service schedules and documentation.
Arrangement of contractor visits and upkeep of the contractor diary.
Collection of relevant contractor documentation (RAMS, insurance certificates).
Carrying out contractor onsite inductions.
Maintenance and updating of maintenance schedules.
Control of the maintenance stores.
Arrangement and co-ordination of all plant, spare parts and replacement equipment as required.
Co-ordination of on/off hires and machine deliveries/collections.
Raise and expedite maintenance and tooling purchase orders.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous Administration experience.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Be a confident communicator across all levels of the business.
Strong IT skills which include Word, Excel and Outlook.
It would be an advantage if the successful person had previous engineering / manufacturing experience.
