We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a business based in Derby
Your main duties will be as followed:
Providing administrative support to the Managing Director
Typing correspondence up
Creating word-processed documents and spreadsheets.
Photocopying and scanning
Provide support on financial processes including invoices and undertake credit control
Update and maintain the company's CRM systems
Be the first point of contact for all enquiries
Handle and distribute post
Order and monitor stationary supplies
Any other ad hoc duties
For this role you are required to:
Have experience of working in an office environment
Be a strong user of Microsoft office
Excellent and accurate data entry skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Driving license and access to a car.
