Cherry Professional are recruiting for an Administrator in Derby.
If you are an experienced Administrator with plenty of customer facing experience and can start ASAP we would love to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will have come from an Engineering or Construction background!
-Answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner, including taking messages and transferring calls
-Handling contracts and invoicing
-Processing purchase orders
-Data entry into Finance system
-Deal with a wide range of enquiries
-Meeting and greeting visitors
-General Administrative duties
-Ensuring the Reception area is presentable
As a Receptionist, you will be the front of house for the business. It is essential that you are well presented, polite and approachable at all times. The working hours for this role are 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.
-Previous Administrative experience
-Friendly and approachable
-Have a keen eye for detail and 100% accurate
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
