This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to be part of a developing team.
First point of contact for all calls
Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and other departments
Allocating incoming jobs to the relevant engineer depending on location etc
Liaising with customers to arrange planned maintenance of water units
Processing sales orders
Updating the on call phone on a weekly basis
Recording data in suitable locations to meet ISO standards
Recording appointments and bookings
Chasing call out purchase orders
Confident with Excel and reporting
Able to work to deadline
Full time hours 8:00-16:00
