Cherry Professional is currently recruiting for a experienced Administrator to join a small but successful organisation in Bingham, Nottinghamshire. The main purpose of the role is provide comprehensive Administrative support to a small and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop within a continuously evolving industry. The role could possibly become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Duties
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Answering emails
* Produce and distribute letters
* Order office supplies
* Handle multiple projects
* Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
* Maintain computer and manual filing systems
* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
* Reply to email, telephone enquiries
* Receive, sort and distribute the mail
* Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
Requirements:
* Proven admin or assistant experience
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* Attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office MS Excel, in particular
* True team player with a flexible approach
* Comfortable working on own initiative
