Administration Assistant | Nottingham | 12 month FTC | Up to £20,0000
Cherry Professional are recruiting for a highly successful and well loved client in Nottingham City Centre. The role of Administration Assistant is to provide comprehensive support to a small but dedicated Team, assisting in daily duties to attribute to the overall smooth running of the department. 

Responsibilities
Opening and delivering post to relevant departments
Assisting with the writing and sending of client mailers
Sending out contract notes for all the deals in accordance with regulations and client SLA
Maintaining accurate records, and accurately scan and store documentation
Administration and operational support across all departments
Completing account registration administration on behalf of clients


Ideal Person
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Background in Professional Services- desirable
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Able to multi-task
Strong organisational skills
