Administration Assistant- Nottingham- 12 month FTC - Up to £20,0000
Cherry Professional are recruiting for a highly successful and well loved client in Nottingham City Centre. The role of Administration Assistant is to provide comprehensive support to a small but dedicated Team, assisting in daily duties to attribute to the overall smooth running of the department. 

Responsibilities
- Opening and delivering post to relevant departments
- Assisting with the writing and sending of client mailers
- Sending out contract notes for all the deals in accordance with regulations and client SLA
- Maintaining accurate records, and accurately scan and store documentation
- Administration and operational support across all departments
- Completing account registration administration on behalf of clients

Ideal Person
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Background in Professional Services- desirable
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to multi-task
- Strong organisational skills
