Your duties will be;
Taking all incoming calls.
Writing emails and distributing any correspondence to the relevant person.
You will be managing contracts and maintain a contact list.
Keeping up to date with sending out invoices and filing.
You will organise the travel requirements and arrange any conference calls.
Taking notes in meetings
You will be the first point on contact to all visitors.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Organisational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Work on your own initiative, a team player who is motivated and reliable.
You will have excellent time management and good attention to detail.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
