Accounts Receivable Team Leader | Nottingham | Permanent | £30,000
 
Cherry Professional are working with an innovative Nottinghamshire based organisation who are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader.

This role is an exciting one as its an opportunity to lead, manage and mentor a small team of Accounts Receivable Assistants which means you will need to be able to demonstrate both the ability and motivation to work in a team environment, across different regions and functions. In this role you will be the main point of contact for the business in regards to receivable cash allocation.

Responsibilities-

- Liaise with internal and external parties for escalation and problem solving
- Problem solving and reporting
- Finance Transaction activities, including Bank Reconciliation, Payment Transaction, or Cash Allocation
- Liaise with stakeholders with regards to process improvement recommendations
- Assist with system upgrades
- Providing ad-hoc reporting for leadership, effectively communicating with our business partners and assisting with special or cross-functional projects. 


You will need to have -

- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work on multiple tasks
- Be a self-starter who can prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
- Proficient usage of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports effectively
- Good verbal and written communication and relationship building skills
