Temporary| Sales Ledger Administrator | Nottinghamshire



Currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator to work for a thriving business based in Nottinghamshire.  Working closely within the finance function you will be involved in a variety of duties.

Responsibilities: 

Checking proof of deliveries against invoices.
Chasing any outstanding documentation from the warehouse function in order to raise invoices.
chasing outstanding debts.
Issuing credit notes when required.
Generating statements to send out to customers.
Liaison between departments to ensure the smooth running of the function.

Ideal Candidate: 

experience within an accounts function.
Strong administration experience.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
IT literate with knowledge of excel.
Good organisational skills.
Ability to problem solve.
