We are currently recruiting for a thriving business based North Nottinghamshire. This is a great opportunity to join a small close knit finance team where you will be involved in a wide variety of transcational functions. Reporting directly into the Finance Director you will also have the opportunity to widen your skill set.
Matching, checking, coding, and filing of invoices
Monitoring the cashbook, petty cash, company credit card
Query handling both internally and externally around outstanding sales and purchase invoices
Performing supplier credit checks, setting up new and maintaining accounts within the ERP system
Entering payment information into the purchase ledger to keep track of funds paid and identify owed debt
Posting and allocating daily receipts to the ERP system, cash tracking sheets and banking cheques
Calculating and running the payroll.
General adhoc duties as required
Experience of working within a finance environment, covering sales ledger, purchase ledger and payroll
Good listening and communication skills
Strong organisation skills
Excellent PC skills in Outlook/Word and Excel
