Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a busy and well established business based North of Nottingham.
This is a great opportunity to work within a small close knit team where you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager, supporting a wide range of duties.
Purchase ledger, including matching invoices to purchase orders as well as ensuring correct coding
Sales ledger duties, matching invoices to orders
Bank statement reconciliation
Liaison with internal staff to ensure correct allocation of expenditure
Scanning orders, remittances, invoices and other documentation within sage
Assisting on an adhoc basis with payroll duties
General accounts related administration.
Good communication skills
Problem solving duties
Previous experience in an accounts related function
IT Literate, ideally with excel and sage knowledge
