Account ManagerNottinghamshire | Salary £24,000 - £27,000 |OTE £35,000
Are you an experienced and ambitious Account Manager? Cherry Professional are supporting a fast-growing global IT Distributor based in Nottingham. You will be joining their successful, friendly team looking after the education sector accounts.
You will be working for a renowned established IT Solutions provider who offers software solutions to end-users within the Education, Private and Public sectors. As an Account Manager, you will be building relationships with the key accounts by growing a solid existing client base as well as generating new business.

You will require two years of experience in an Account Management role. This is a rewarding role as it will allow you to work on a warm desk and develop your career further with a dynamic company that values its employees and offers all the support needed to succeed.

Key responsibilities 
Manage accounts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure the business maximises its opportunity.

Make outbound calls to prospects and sell the full range of products and services.

Identify new business opportunities within the Education sector. 

You will work with an external Business Development Manager to engage new businesses and increase current spend levels on the top accounts.
 The ideal candidate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Previous exposure to the IT and/or tech sector.
- Ability to identify and develop new customer sales opportunities.
- Proven track record of working again performance targets
