Account Manager | £18,000 basic with OTE of £22,000 | Derbyshire
Cherry Professional are working with an industry-leading, exciting business that is looking to recruit an Account Manager to build and maintain relationships,  provide guidance and support on products and events and act as a key point of contact for sales enquires.  You will be part of a supportive and innovative team, providing first-class Customer Service, quality communication, key support, and advice

Key responsibilities
- Providing great account management for customers via phone/email/e-queries and face to face
- Managing the account base to maximise the value of sales orders, build and maintain relationships and provide guidance and support on products and events 
- Contribute to the wider business goals by doing your role to the best of your ability - delivering great service, whilst achieving key individual and team measurables
- Focus on effective interactions and promotional planning activity to deliver additional sales and profit
- Actively build and maintain great relationships
- Liaise effectively with Field Operations, Internal Support Teams and suppliers in order to achieve results
- Meet business challenges by working on other activities and projects if required
- Add value by using initial benefit statements, gap analysis and effective sales closing techniques

About you 
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to your personal development, taking ownership and working on development areas
- Experience within a fast-paced sales environment is desirable
- Engaging personality with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Professional approach and exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Confident telephone manner 
- Self-motivated with a positive and "can-do" attitude

6 month FTC - Monday - Friday. 
Based at Head Office in Burton-on-Trent
