Required Skills:
- Proven experience in employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance procedures
- Ability to hold and facilitate meetings with management and employees
- Strong knowledge of internal HR processes and employment law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in providing sound HR advice to managers and staff
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations discreetly
- Previous HR advisory experience within a fast-paced or complex environment
- Familiarity with HR systems and case management tools
- CIPD Level 5 or higher qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of practical HR advisory experience, particularly in employee relations
- Proven track record of managing ER cases and supporting organizational HR initiatives
- Location: Derby-based, with a hybrid working model (2 days from home)
- Availability to start immediately
- Ability to commit to an on-going temp assignment
