Required Skills
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processing for medium to large organizations
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Expertise in payroll systems such as SAP, ADP, Workday, or similar platforms
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience managing payroll during organizational change or restructuring
- Knowledge of pension schemes and benefits administration
- Experience with automation tools and process improvement initiatives
- HRIS systems familiarity
