What You’ll Do:
As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in processing multiple payroll schedules, including weekly, four-weekly, and monthly runs. You will handle statutory calculations such as SSP, SMP, Tax, and NI, ensuring accurate support for new starters and leavers. Your proficiency with Excel and your prior end-to-end payroll experience will help you succeed in this fast-paced environment, delivering reliable payroll service with confidence and accuracy.
Required Skills:
- At least 2 years of payroll experience
- Experience managing end-to-end payroll processes
- Strong knowledge of statutory calculations (SSP, SMP, Tax, NI)
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to handle complex data
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in the office 5 days a week during training, with hybrid working thereafter
