What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of hands-on project management experience in a business or operations environment
- Track record of delivering internal or customer-facing projects with measurable impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—including direct customer interaction
- Strong delivery mindset with attention to detail and ownership
- Skilled at defining and tracking success criteria, KPIs, and ROI
- Confident presenting project updates and reports to senior leadership
- Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Jira etc)
- Familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
- PM certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, AgilePM) is desirable but not essential
The finer elements of the role include:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of key internal business projects
- Define clear project scope, objectives, success criteria, and KPIs upfront
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders—including customers—to gather input, manage expectations, and validate outcomes
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and timelines
- Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting on progress, blockers, and performance metrics to the Senior Management Team (SMT)
- Deliver high-quality documentation, including status updates, dashboards, and post-implementation reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, managing priorities and dependencies
- Ensure training, handovers, and adoption plans are in place post-delivery
- Support a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
