What we’re looking for:
This is a leadership position where you’ll manage and motivate a team of advisors and administrators, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for:
- Coaching and developing your team to achieve high performance
- Embedding a “right first time” approach to operational delivery
- Driving commercial results through improved client engagement and sales conversion
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Acting as a visible ambassador in the community, building relationships and raising brand awareness
The finer elements of the role include:
- Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
- A track record of delivering operational excellence and hitting key performance metrics
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for community engagement and building local presence
- Experience of working in a Professional Services/Legal/Financial background
