Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with their long standing client on a rare opportunity for a Temporary Receptionist to cover their busy front desk at their serene offices in rural Nottinghamshire.
Responsibilities
Providing a comprehensive reception service for visitors to the building and staff ensuring visitors are greeted and directed to their meetings.
Ensuring the security routines are adhered to by staff and visitors
Answering any direct calls, providing answers where possible and directing queries to the appropriate department
Setting up rooms for training and other events, including ensuring ICT equipment is set up and ready for use.
Providing refreshments where requested
About you
Â
Previous experience in a Administrative/Reception position
Strong organisational skills and able to work independantly
Good level of IT including basic Microsoft packages
Ability to act sensatively with a diverse range of individuals
Hours of work: 35 per week between Monday and Friday- £12.32 per hour
This is role is being offered on a temporary basis with a view to it being on-going
