Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping clients get the best from their product? We are looking for a proactive Client Onboarding Specialist to play a vital role in guiding new customers through their journey from day one. In this role, you will manage the full onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and integration. You’ll deliver engaging 1:1 training and group webinars, showcase best practices, and provide expert support to maximise adoption and return on investment. Building strong client relationships, resolving queries, and spotting opportunities to add value will be key to your success!!
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in project management, onboarding, account management, or customer training
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a customer-first approach
- Highly organised, confident using Microsoft Office, and ideally familiar with CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Background in the property industry or marketing is advantageous
The finer elements of the role include:
- Manage the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring seamless setup and integration
- Deliver tailored training sessions and group webinars to drive adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries quickly and effectively
- Develop and maintain engaging training materials
- Build lasting relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance
- Identify upsell opportunities and highlight product value
- Log all interactions and account updates in the CRM for collaboration and tracking
