We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Manager to lead a talented group of advisors within a growing, values-led legal services business. What we’re looking for:
- Strong legal background in Private Client Law
- Proven leadership and people development skills
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities

The finer elements of the role include (but not limited to)
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Legal Advisors
- Manage your own caseload of Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, ensuring quality and compliance
- Monitor performance and implement strategies to exceed KPIs
- Drive a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and client focus
- Strengthen the branch’s local presence through networking, marketing, and relationship building
