Finance Business Partner – 12 month maternity cover
Location: Leicestershire | Full-time hybrid
Are you a commercially-minded finance professional who thrives on driving business performance? We’re seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join our team and turn financial insight into action. In this key role, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to shape strategy, elevate performance, and support business-wide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles with precision and insight
- Deliver commercial decision support that guides strategy across the sales pipeline
- Manage rebate accruals and identify risks and opportunities in recognition
- Contribute to sales and operational planning
- Provide analysis for bids, pitches, and tenders
- Track and present monthly sales and performance reporting to senior leadership
- Analysis of market to inform planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
- Strong Excel and financial systems expertise
- Power BI would be advantageous
- At least 1 year post-qualification experience in a commercial, business partnering capacity
- Analytical, collaborative, and confident in engaging with cross-functional teams
