Location: Midlands based (once every two weeks spending time in Nottingham or Derby)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring
- Optimise ad copy, extensions, and landing pages to maximise conversions
- Analyse performance data daily to uncover insights and improve ROI
- Handle budgets, bids, and audience targeting with precision
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align PPC with wider marketing objectives
- Run A/B tests and consistently refine campaign efficiency
- Produce clear and insightful performance reports for clients
- Stay ahead of industry shifts and platform updates, proactively adapting strategy
What’s Needed:
- Proven experience running PPC campaigns — ideally in an agency environment
- Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding, ad testing, and budget management
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4
- Comfortable with data — strong Excel skills and a love for data-led decisions
- Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex insights
- Analytical thinker with a passion for continuous testing and optimisation
- A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, performance-focused settings
