Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Ripley – Derbshire
Salary: £45-55k

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client are seeking a Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team and play a crucial role in driving business success through financial insights and strategic advice.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
✅ Produce management accounts with variance analysis
✅ Conduct cost analysis and monitor operational efficiencies
✅ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
✅ Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
✅ Liaise with stakeholders, including auditors and various departments
✅ Oversee payroll processes and ensure regulatory compliance
About You:
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Manufacturing experience would be ideal but is not essential
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights
