We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work for a thriving business based in Chilwell. This is a great opportunity to work in a close knit team reporting to the Group Financial Controller.
Responsibilities:
Expense Cost allocation journal
Weekly payroll cost allocation journal
Processing of credit card cost journal on the general ledger
Performing ad hoc administrative duties
Daily bank reconciliation and reporting to Group
Reconciling bank statements weekly
Processing purchase invoices
Setting up new supplier accounts
Liaising with suppliers with invoice queries
Weekly payment of suppliers
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within a finance function
IT Literate with a good working knowledge of excel
Strong communication skills at all levels
Team player
Organised and able to prioritise own workload
