Currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to work for a thriving business based in Long Eaton.   We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic team player, to join their finance team on a permanent basis.  The successful candidate will have experience working within a finance function and have good administrative skills.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
Processing supplier invoices
Allocating payments and updating supplier accounts
Reconciling supplier accounts
Producing remittances
Putting together payment runs
Various administration duties as required
 
 
Ideal Candidate: 

Previous experience working within a purchase ledger or finance function
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise own workload
Able to work within a team environment
IT Literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
