Branch Receptionist | Derbyshire | £21,607 (35 hours) | 

A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join a brand new office which is managed by our client, a leading dynamic law firm.  The business is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and client care and are seeking a new member of staff to be the welcoming face of the office and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk

What we’re looking for:

– Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Professional appearance and attitude
– Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is advantageous but not required

The finer elements of the role include:

– Manage incoming telephone enquiries and signpost to the correct team. All enquiries are to be recorded electronically and submitted to the Marketing Manager
– Respond to telephone, email or in person enquiries from external clients in a professional manner. Ensuring appropriate follow up on any actions as required which should be documented in the CRM system
– Engage with any on site visitors; answering the door, seating clients in meeting rooms
– Manage the business web chat and email enquiries. Answering queries, engaging with potential clients and forwarding any legal questions to the relevant team
– Data processing and management of databases, ensuring accurate and timely import of information
– Proactively contact existing clients to establish their satisfaction mid case and/or at the end of their case / Recording the results for analysis
– Provide administrative support to the Employment law team, specifically with new business enquiries. Taking client details, booking appointments, taking ID etc
– Support the Marketing Manager with the daily analysis of new business calls and conversion ratios
