Customer Care Advisor | £25,000 Basic | Lenton NG7
Full time, Monday To Friday 9-5 (flex hours if needed) | Permanent | Office Based (potential of 1 day a week at home)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join a well established and successful team based in Lenton, NG7. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, and be extremely dynamic as this is a crucial role for the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, resolve issues, and enhance the overall user experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of delivery while fostering meaningful connections with customers.

What we’re looking for:

– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Good computer literacy
– Good interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
– Attention to detail

The finer elements of the role include:

– Completing administrative tasks surrounding the sales process – electronic file logging, emailing third parties and post-sales booking confirmation calls
– Managing a central email inbox and dealing with / allocating incoming emails
– Answering the central telephone line and assisting the client as required
– Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and maintain a smooth running of the service
– Problem resolution and dealing with clients
– Completion of client data entry and ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate
– Distribution of sensitive data electronically in adherence to GDPR regulations
– Customer Service advice
