Sales Administrator | Derby, Raynesway | £23,000 – £25,000 (Dependant on experience)
40 hours per week – Office based

Cherry Professional are currently working on a unique opportunity to join our Derby based client as a Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and organised Sales Administrator who will be the point of contact for the customer sales team. You will play a crucial role in processing all customer orders, setting up credit accounts plus a wide range of ad-hoc responsibilities 

What we’re looking for:

– Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients, contractors and team members
– Previous experience in a similar role is highly encouraged 
– An enthusiastic and proactive individual with a passion for providing an excellent service in a high volume position
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel

The job responsibilities include:

– Processing sales orders 
– Liaising with the sales team and contractors
– Respond to general email enquiries promptly and efficiently
– Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document management
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
– Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by management to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office
