Finance Supervisor | Nottinghamshire | Up to £30k

We are currently working with a well established business close to the Long Eaton area, looking for a Finance Supervisor to join their thriving finance department.  This is a great opportunity to not only develop your ledger skills, but also lead a small team of staff 

Responsibilities:

Looking after and leading the purchase and sales ledger
Reporting on ledgers for management purposes
Dealing with any escalations from the team
Ensuring transactional data is up to date
Process improvement 
Updating payment details and banking transactions
Overall responsibility of the team

Ideal candidate:

Previous finance experience ideally within a supervisory, team leader or senior role
Hands on experience within sales and purchase ledger
Good working knowledge of excel
Able to lead a team and develop
Attention to detail
Good communication skills at all levels
