We’re looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who is looking to take the next steps in their recruitment career – people that are passionate about customer service and doing the right thing for candidate, clients and colleagues alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering the highest quality of service to our HR candidates and clients to ensure you are their first call. You will work across generalist and specialist HR positions. The level of candidates and vacancies you will work on will depend on your exposure to the HR Market. Roles we fill range from Assistant level through to HR Directors and Chief People Officers and varying level of specialist roles that span Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Organisation Design & Transformation, Reward/Comp & Bens, Engagement and Employee Relations.
- Tracking, sourcing and headhunting the best candidates.
- Building exceptional relationships with existing and potential new clients.
- Continuously generating market insights.
