Are you an experienced Assistant Manager seeking a new challenge within a customer facing role?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, developing business who pride themselves on the friendly, expert advice that they offer to all customers.
Your role is to work in conjunction with the Store Manager to maximise the sales and profit targets, ensuring all customers receive a consistently high level of service.
The finer details of the role:
– Contribute to the achievement of financial targets
– Identify and suggest opportunities for increasing occupancy
– Ensuring the store is kept clean
– Identifying maintenance issues
– Dealing with sales enquiries, assisting Customer Advisors
– Completing all administration and compliance tasks
– Ensuring bad debt is kept to a minimum
You will have experience within a similar customer facing role within a Supervisory role.
Hours: Monday-Friday with 1 in 4 weekends
Training: The role will require travel to London for a training induction (expenses covered)
