Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant - Lincoln - £19k

We are currently recruiting for a temporary purchase ledger assistant to join a well established manufacturing business based in the heart of Lincoln.  This is a temporary role initially for 1 month with a view to being extended.  

Responsibilities:

Processing supplier invoices
Dealing with invoice queries
Gaining authorisation for payments
Putting together payment information ready for payment runs
Inputting payment detail onto supplier accounts
Organising remittances and statement
General administration duties

Ideal Candidate

Previous Experience within a purchase ledger function
Strong organisational skills
Good communicator
IT literate wit knowledge of MS Office
Team player
