We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual seeking an opportunity to employ both their financial and leadership talents in the education sector.
The role plays a key part of the Senior Leadership Team and will involve the responsible and diligent management of the organisations finances along with management of site staff members. You will lead the budgetary management and control across the organisation and liaise directly to board level offering advice, leadership and expertise across a range of strategic issues.

Typical Role duties …
Prepare and present annual budgets and ensure effective management of expenditure
Provide Financial Reports to Senior Leadership Team and relevant budget holders
Create and Manage strategic long term plan and development for the organisation
Ensure effective financial systems and controls are in place
Investigate further funding initiatives getting involved from early preparations to bid submission and award.
Training and development of support staff
Provide HR support to all staff as required
Take responsibility for adhering to regulatory requirements
Ideal Experience …
Finance or Business Related Qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
Education Sector Experience would be useful but not essential
Substantial experience of Budget control and effective management
Proven leadership experience
Ability to work under pressure and handle stakeholders in a professional and sensitive manner.
